Upcoming Events and Classes

I have some really fun upcoming events and classes to share with you today.

Klum House has a couple of months of stellar classes lined up. We have samples of the waxed canvas knapsack and waxed canvas hobo tote in the shop, so be sure to take a look at those next time you're in the neighborhood. They're both handsome and practical bags that are going to get you really pumped up about what you can make with your own two hands (and a little bit of expert advice). I've listed some highlights of their schedule below, but if these classes capture your interest be sure to take a look at the full workshop calendar.

March 20 or April 23: Waxed Canvas Knapsack (I'm excited to be taking this class on March 20. There are a couple of spots left if you want to whip up the perfect little day hiking backpack with me!)

Redbird Studio, one of our favorite shops on Alberta, is celebrating their 10th Anniversary with an all day party on April 1 (no kidding!) from 11am-6pm. There will be live music, cupcakes, activities, and goodie bags. The owners, Paul and Mel, are so talented and make beautiful cards, home goods, and more, right here in their Portland store.
